An Evening With Shakespeare

Erik participated in Eastmont Middle School's 9th Grade "An Evening With Shakespeare" on May 11-12, which was a potpouri of scenes from various plays. Erik played the part of Dogberry (the rather wacko constable) in a scene from "Much Ado About Nothing", was in a sword-fight scene from "Romeo and Juliette", and he also played his oboe as part of a small group of musicians that performed a couple of numbers. He did very well with all of his parts! Some friends (as opposed to "girlfriends" - I'm sure you know the difference! ;^) had a fun time "styling" his hair in a, well, interesting fashion.
